Reiki is a sacred and guided space where universal, unconditional loving energies can be received. Your aura field and chakras receive cleansing and healing. Balance is restored for well-being, leaving you feeling in harmony and at peace.  Each session begins with a brief heart-to-heart to discuss your intentions - whether you are seeking physical relief, emotional clarity or spiritual grounding.

I offer my Reiki healing services BY DONATION ONLY to ensure that financial stress never stands in the way of spiritual wellness.  Please choose the amount that aligns with your current path and comfort level. No one is turned away for lack of funds. (Suggested donation: $40-$60). Your contribution supports the space and the practice. The duration of an Intuitive Reiki session typically lasts approximately 60 minutes, or longer depending on your specific needs. To prepare your energetic field, I utilize traditional clearing methods. This may include sage or incense, crystals and essential oils.  Reiki is a form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances healing. It involves the practitioner channeling energy to the client through gentle touch.

Reiki is a Universal Life Force. The "healing" doesn't stop when you leave the table. Most people feel the primary effects for several days, though this may vary.  With the immediate post-session you may feel deeply relaxed or spaced out for several hours.  Short-term (2-3 days) the body often goes through a "detox" phase. You might experience symptoms such as headaches as your body rebalances. Long-term effects are consistent (usually a series of 4 treatments) and can usually last for weeks as you maintain a higher state of balance. Once a month is common for maintaining emotional and physical balance.
